Bob,
Just came in my office, back to three piles of files and a group of piled papers behind me …whinning “what about us? don’t we belong somewhere?”
Thanks for the reminder about the tape recorder…I used to use it and found it very productive. So where is it ? I ask myself. I’ll be locating it when I get home. I love how you said to use it at the end of the day. Last night I left the office at 9:30pm..toinight if it wasn’t for worship practice, I’d be here again. But I would love to not think about work at home… it saps my energy and keeps me distracted from things I need to do at home. Anyway, again, thanks so much for that.
The training was great, Bob was excellent! I appreciate how Bob could relate the information to situations we were working on… specific to us. It was one of the better trainings I have ever been to, and that was saying a lot, because tech training can be dry sometimes. I was very pleased and will use Implement Improvement again when the need comes up.
Great job on presenting overall best practices for managing a project. I came away with a good understanding of MS Project and its capabilities.
